I applied for the PR last year and I'm expecting to get it by the end of November this year.
However, I will be traveling during that period and I might stay a little while away.
So my questions are:
1) When I get my passport request, can I send it to the Visa office in the country I'm presently at? Or I have to submit it in the country where I applied ? Which is Canada in my case.
2) Assuming that when I get a passport request I return to Canada to submit it, how long does it take to receive it back? Because I will need to travel back to the other country for 1 - 2 months and return to Canada in January.
3) How long do I have until I submit my passport? So in case I get a Passport request in November, can I just send my passport in January once I come back to Canada?
