any ideas at what timeline we are looking at currently for CIO and visa office to process an application from receiving it to issuing the PR visa in each phase? i am intending to apply for Skilled worker category.
looks like it will firstly go through completeness check and eligibility review phases in CIO first, any one knows roughly how long does it take for these two phases?
from the CIC web site, i understand the security check happens in the next phase - Selection and Admissibility phase. If I cannot provide the policy certificate together with the application, I need to provide the police certificate during this phase, right? When should i start to prepare the police certificates after submitting application? I am afraid if it's too early, then i will need to do it again because of validity period is passed. Or if it's too late, then i will not able to give them before the required timeline.
