plz share your experience (especially senior members) with me. i applied as federal skilled worker immigration in feb 2008(before new immigration policy).then after 1 month i received immigration file no.and after 2received conformation latter that wish to continue with old policy or withdraw.so i continue my immigration process with old policy.i checked my status of immigration on CIC web site it is showing IN PROCESS...
how long my immigration process take ?
what is good idea for me to immgration.

You can not change old policy application to new one. You can keep it running or withdraw. Regardless of what you do with the old one, you can still apply under the new one if you still qualify.
Most probably, it has come to knowledge that CIC is processing only new policy cases and have stopped old policy cases since last year. Go for AEO to revive application. Though it is a tedious process, can take atleast 1-2 years.
New Delhi office is reviewing Dec2003 applications.They have not moved since Jan2009.
