i have submitted for my permanant residence and i received my file number from NewDelhi 2010 August. BUt after that no information yet and it shows IN PROCESS from that time onwards. no changes to my status and , i want to know how long it will take to review my application ? i am in canada with work visa. can i hope wheather my application will be processed soon? pls some one reply me..........
If you are in Canada on work visa then you probably need to inform VO about that. So that they expedite you application on priority basis considering your current status.

Unfortunately applicants currently working in Canada do not and cannot get their applications expedited faster.....they have to be in the queue as others to have their applications processed....NO PRIORITY!!!

I know that for sure, otherwise I would not write about it. I was surprised to learn how fast somebody was processed. I asked, what's so special? He said, nothing, but AEO.
I said, oh-h-h! Now I understand!
Well, it is obvious, if there is a job waiting for you (or in the case of the topic started he has one already), he has most chance to be established in Canada (topic starter is already established, good for him). So, think for yourself, he has higher priority, me, who has no AEO, or someone who already has job?

PCC sent, n reached London VO, on 17-08-2011
request for addition of baby sent n reached VO, on 16-12-2011, Baby BD encashed on 11-01-2012.
still waiting for MR, can any one predict, how long i ve to wait, when possibily I rececive MR, seeking opinion from seniors esp
