How long does it take to receive Invite after Draw is announced

I haven't received my ITA yet. Can I ask did you guys receive it through your email? Or through EE online account.

Hi guys,

I haven't received my ITA yet. I suspect that was due to I didn't update my NOC code before the draw was announced ( I updated it two hours after the draw). Now it shows that form are all transmitted and I'm eligible. I don't want to miss any draw again. Is it necessary for me to withdraw and resubmit my profile?
