How long does it take for OINP to go from "Decision In Progress" to "Approved/Rejected" status?

My OINP file is in the status "Decision In Progress" since 16 Dec. 2023 for skill trade. Any idea how long it will take to get a final answer on the nomination? I'm also wondering about the rejection rate at this stage for OINP.
 
I have received the invitation on express entry. I came to Canada on student visa .
I have two question.
Do I need to give biometric again? and if yes will I get request from IRCC or I can directly go and do it.
another thing canadian PCC. Should I get that too or wait until they ask.

it is positive. do not worry.
thery are approving for November batch who got DIP in novemember. You will get approval soon.
