How long does it take for OINP to go from "Decision In Progress" to "Approved/Rejected" status?

Hi every one,
I recently applied for ontario nominee international student job offer. I am worried so much. I have two questions: 1. I missed one of my study permits which was for ten years ago but I provided a letter of explanation and also the visa that I cloud get my first study permit ( missed one) with it. Do they reject my case because of this?
2. I have PGWP and it is valid till end of 2025 and I uploaded it with my application. Recently, I applied for another work permit that it's also open. It's a work permit for Iranians. Today, when I checked my mail box, I got this new work permit. And send a webform to ontario for adding this document. Do you think it has a bad effect on my application? I saw people keep saying do not send anything after submitting your application. My application status is still submitted.
