Hello all,
I have a major issue that requires me to withdraw my EE application that has been already submitted online. I have read in the IRCC website that a webform must be sent.
Therefore, I am asking how long does it take for IRCC to response and cancel my EE application??
Thanks
It usually takes 5-10 days in my experience for them to receive and respond to a webform query. They'll take a little longer to complete the cancellation/withdrawal... I believe they still take some time to assess possible misrepresentation. A lawyer told me this can take 3-30 days

Thanks for the quick reply.
Actually what happened is a long story to make it short.
I have signed a contract with immigration consultants, and they were nothing but problems for me.
My initial application (CRS = 450) got rejected because the PCC did not cover my entire stay. (Mistake no. 1: they should have reviewed it).
Then they kept this news away from me. Then they created another profile and they made mistake no. 2 by adding one more year of experience (CRS= 475) and I got a second invitation. (Mistake no. 3 They did not even tell me about the second application and invitation).
They submitted the second application without my knowledge ( Mistake No. 4)
I came to know all of this when I called IRCC call center.
Now Im in a situation where I need to withdraw my application and reapply with my original CRS score = 450.

In addition to withdrawing your application, you should fire the consultant immediately and lodge a complaint to ICCRC about this consultant. Make them pay for what they have done. This is un-acceptable

Ooooh, believe me I will.
My concern now is withdrawing my application will trigger a mispersentaion assessment by IRCC ?

Not sure, but I think they might ask you about the withdrawing of application and its reasons..

I think if you detail your reasons to IRCC as you have mentioned them to us, honesty goes a long way..

Sorry I didn't understand the last part.
I will try to be very minimal and realistic when I explain the reason of the withdrawal.
I can't give much details as I gave here.

That's fine.. Just make sure you're not concealing anything
