How long did you wait for your PPR after medicals?

Hi All,

Just want to get everyone's opinion on how long each of you waited to get your PPR after you completed medicals. I know there are some offices like India where the PPR is requested alongwith medicals, in that case - how long did you wait to hear from them after you finished your medicals?

This includes furtherance / PPR / Passport with visa stamps

Can I please have some different inputs here?

Also can you plse mention which visa office it was?

As i am in the same boat..but in my case they didnt ask for the RPRF
they just ask for the medical and some additional documents

However some people said that there is some security check would be done before the Passport request -

so, there is some specific time limit must be there but i dont know how many months...

My visa office is New York. I waited close to 1 month after sending my medicals result.

Hello

I waited almost 10 months. I did my medicals on 01/09/2009. I got my PPR on 01/07/2010. My office is CHC in London. I have only 2 months to get the visa before the medicals will finish on 01/09/2010. If not, I have to repeat the medicals and live the torture again.

mine 11nth month going on nd still waiting for ppr. there r no of factors depending in ppr issuance like source country your background military service criminal records etc
