Can take 20 days to two months. If you don't receive anything with 2 months, call IRCC and ask if they sent a PR card that you never received - if that happens IRCC will ask you to send over a signed form by mail.

i have tracked many post. you should see the card mailed out within 20-30 days. if more than 30 days, most likely your photo is bad, and needs to resubmit photo. after mail out, it takes at 6 days to 40 days to receive in mailbox.

Yes and no. If everything goes smoothly and no backlog then that is normal processing but normal processing, no issues in the department and no backlogs are never guaranteed with IRCC. Would not make plans assuming you will have a PR card within a strict timeframe.
