Singapore requested them in March 2013. They were sent right away. We have made 4 inquiries, always being told 'mandatory checks are underway and may take several weeks'. It has now been 30 weeks we have been without passports. Can anyone share their similar experience so we get an idea of the outstanding timeline? Also, aren't the 'checks' supposed to be done BEFORE the passports are requested?
Thanks.
