I sent passports of my family to Ottawa after PPR. How long does it take to get our passports back? I had called CIC before sending the passports and they said it would take 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks in our case and passports are still a no show. I tried calling CIC several times but cannot get through to an agent. We have scheduled international travel in a couple of weeks and I am starting to get worried. I have also emailed CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca but do not have a response. Any other suggestions.
