How is the Humber college ?

Guys I'm studying in Fleming college and I'm not satisfied with the college also the course is very expensive. My course is Wireless Information Networking.. I am thinking of the transfer and would like to know about the Humber college and also other college which are good too. My IELTS score is 7.0 bands. Reading:8, Listening:7,Speaking:7,Writing:6 ... Can anyone tell me is it easy to transfer ??? Right now I'm in the first semester.. Joined Fleming in January 2013...

have you got transfer then... plz explain me the process,, i will be joining fleming in may2018,, but want transfer before starting course to other college
