My wife is planning to apply to Brandon University in Manitoba for the pre-nursing program.what are the pros and cons of applying as an international student?How is the place generally?

My wife is presently attending a community college in U.S.However,I appplied for FSW1 in July 2011.Therefore I suggested that she shd move over to Canada pending the FSW1 approval.What do u think?How do we navigate around the dual intent problem?I'm also a student in U.S.

During my research period , I found this particular university , and in general it is good due it's a public university, therefore the chances of visa are pretty much the same among any other public institution.
BUT the environment of the university reminds a college, it's very cheap , even cheaper than some colleges, but again it's reputation is not widely recognized , it's just another public average university.
