How to navigate around dual intent;applying for SP with FSW1 in process

Hello Forum members,

My wife is applying to Brandon University for the pre-nursing program this fall.She's presently an international student at a community college in U.S.I'm also an international student in U.S.However, I applied for FSW1 in July 2011 via Buffalo (slowest VO in the world).How do we navigate around the dual intention problem when she applies for the study permit.I'm not accompanying her yet.

Whats ur citizenship status? I mean where u basically from? I think its always important to prove very stong link with ur home country when you are applying for SP. and If you have dual intent; you must need to prove VO that you will leave the country as soon as you complete your study. by simply showing your home tie ups. However, if you saying you already hold student visa at U.S and from there you directly applying for Canada. Sound much confusion.
