1. Very unlikely you will get visa 6 months in advance (India).
2. Technically, you can enter Canada the moment you get TRV. However, it won't be easy to get SP at POE 6 months in advance.
Okay.
So, if I apply in feb for visa. They will hold on to my application and give me visa near to my intake OR they will reject my application because of applying so early...??

Congrats Bro,
That's a good news. So, u will get ur visa in feb only. and after u get ur visa can u travel the next day only if u want to...??
I mean if the person got the visa can he travel 5-6 month before...??
You can try - but whether you are allowed into Canada is up to the immigration officer you encounter at the border. Since you are not allowed to work before classes start, you will have to convince the immigration officer that you are not coming early to work illegally and that you have sufficient funds to pay for your extra months in Canada. If you are coming 5-6 months early, you need to have at least $6K in additional available funds to cover your extra months in Canada. Make sure you carry proof that you have these additional funds (on top of what you have to pay for your tuition and your living expenses during the school year). There is always some chance the immigration officer may not be satisfied (even if you have evidence of additional funds) and could send you home and tell you to return closer to the start of your studies.
