How early can I leave for Canada after I get my study permit

Hi, I've got my letter of admission from Simon Fraser University for one of their Fall'16 Masters programs. The course begins in September, but I intend to apply for study permit now.

Once I receive my study permit, how soon can I leave for Canada? I've heard that the earliest date on which I can enter Canada is embossed on the visa. Would you know if that date is the date of issuance of the visa (for an applicant from Bangladesh)?

1. In general, you won't get visa too early from the session starts date.
2. You decide when you want to enter Canada, but IO at POE can send you back if he consider your entry as too early.
