Hi, Please help with below. I am already in canada on valid study permit.
08/12/2017-31/03/2019 first visa Sticker from India for studying 1 year diploma program at Fraser International College.
1st Jan 2018- Issued study permit on border with validity upto 31/03/2019
Feb 2019 – study permit extension applied for Simon Fraser University. – accepted with validity of upto 31/03/2022
January 2021 – Faced problems in progression with simon fraser university so switched to Georgian college barrie’s 2 year diploma with end date of 17th December 2022 with Co-op being essential component.
My questions are:

My questions are:
- Should I apply for Co-op only at this time OR should I apply for study permit extension along with co-op at this time only considering I have validity of over 1 year pending on my current study permit but later surely there will be need to apply study permit extension and co-op extension ?
- Will there be any negative effect on my co-op or study permit application considering my previous academics was below average in simon fraser and hence, I switched from general science degree to computer programming diploma ?
