How does Ontario Pnp work?

I created an express entry profile with 395. Is there any separate portal like Arrima for Quebec or is there anything I have to do?? I came to know that Ontario were calling above 350 points. Is there anything I should do now for Ontario Pnp??

All you have to do is select Ontario as a possible province you want to settle. OINP is a passive program and they themself go through profiles and invite candidates.

Yes checking all provinces is correct.

It is hard to guess about chances. It depends on your work history and what Ontario is looking for.

If you have french language proficiency or a job offer from ontario you have a chance. Otherwise no with that score.

Try some other route like increasing your score or marrying a Canadian citizen or something.
