I am a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario. Since I completed my 1 year experience I have created my express entry profile. I have noticed that I didn’t get any points for my certification of qualification. Does anyone have any idea about this? I only have 395 CRS score now. Does anyone now best ontario PNP that I can apply for?

But for the human capital stream It says degree or masters or phd required. I don’t have those. The job offer should be by a LMIA supporting employer right?

This is the only stream (I think) you are eligible for if you get a full-time, permanent job offer, your employer meets the requirements and is will to support your application.
