The problem with CBSA agent is because, I work in USA, have a US drivers license, I have home in USA and Canada. I do file taxes in US and Canada. Monday to Friday most weeks I am in USA working and weekends I am in Canada. Sometimes I am in Canada as I can work some of my projects outside US also.
I do meet US and Canada residency obligation and do not have any tickets or any bad stuff. I stay out of trouble.
Next time when I enter Canada, I am going to try to relinquish my PR, if they say no, I am going to talk to a supervisor.
Legally speaking I am allowed to keep Canadian and US PR as long as I meet the obligation. Living in the border and with my type of job it is possible. I guess it is matter of proving it to them that I am not a bad guy and I am not using their system etc. I do not have a health card in Canada.
