We are applying outland via Mexico.
I have a document checklist under the sponsor forms and then another document checklist for Mexico... I know I need to include both, but how do I organize everything on the checklists?
For example it says in my Sponsor document checklist IMM0008 form needs to be included... but it also says that form on the mexico guide that my SO will be organizing and putting together. Do i have to submit 2?
3. Follow the order for everything on the checklist (IMM forms, supporting docs, etc).
4. Put everything in the correct order and double check all forms.
5. Prepare appendixes for any forms or docs not applicable to your situation (or include the IMM forms that are not applicable and put a diagonal line through it with NOT APPLICABLE).
6. Include any explanations where applicable. I had to include an explanation for why I was only submitting a notarized copy of the police certificate.
7. Do the same for the other checklist.
If all IMM forms and supporting docs are in the order according to the checklist, it makes it easier for the VO reviewing the file.
The applicant's forms go with the applicant checklist...same goes for the sponsor forms. They include the applicant forms on the sponsor checklist because as the sponsor, you are responsible for ensuring all applicant forms have been included...but make sure you separate the two...

Correct. When the sponsor checklist mentions the applicant forms, it's only to make sure you, as the sponsor, have all the required forms from the applicant. Separate them.
