I'm an FSW PR Applicant and need to update my change of address. I was told to use the
IRCC web form form to update this information. However, the form asks the following question:
"Is your application being processed by an office outside Canada?"
I'm almost certain I wasn't given this information in the email acknowledgements or the web login. Is there a way to find out? If it helps, I applied from the United States but am not a US citizen.
most cases are roughly processed inside Canada , in either Ottawa , Sydney or Montreal.
So you can select inside Canada and send an inquiry form specifically asking for the name of the processing office.
Regards,
You can also call them and ask about your visa office.. that would be the fastest way

I'm located outside Canada. Is there a number I can call them on? I did try a few phone numbers but none of them went through. Heard that's by design - apparently the call center is only for people who are already in Canada. I may be wrong.

You can use Google Hangouts to call for free.. if that doesn't work, Skype is pretty cheap
