I started my first part-time job(15hours/week) on september 18, 2017 and left that job on October 18, 2017 as i was offered a full time job (40hours/week) I started my full tike job on november 13, 2017. Now when i calculate my work hours it is more than 1560 hours. Considering the one month part-time job and 25 days off period, do i become elegible to apply for PR under experience class on september 18, 2018?

Your part-time job is the equivalent of 2 weeks of full-time work. So you need another 50 weeks of full-time work to meet the 1 year equivalent. So, based on this info, you would become eligible around November 1.

You cannot submit exact dates. The fact that the profile only uses MM/YYYY is a well-known glitch. IRCC tells you that regardless of your profile being "accepted," you are responsible for determining your elligibility. You must be eligible at the time the ITA is issued. If you get an ITA now and apply, you will be refused.
