I am a student from the United States and recently got a letter of acceptance from a Canadian college. I'm having trouble with the "proving funds" section of the application. Can I take out a loan and show that in my bank statements? Is that sufficient proof for immigration? Do I specifically need to take a private student loan over a personal loan? How can I officially state my parent's income?
I would love to hear examples of how you guys (specifically U.S. students would be great) provided proof of your funds.
