It's not possible to sponsor a child who is 22 years old. They will need to qualify for PR on their own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.
The age limit of dependent children (for immigration purposes) has changed from “under 19” to “under 22.” This change applies to all new applications received on or after October 24, 2017.

To sponsor your dependent, the application needed to be received by IRCC before your dependent turned 22 years old. If your dependent is already 22 and you didn't submit the application before their 22nd birthday, it's too late.
Can I sponsor a child who is over the age limit for a dependant?
On October 24, 2017, the age limit for dependants changed from “under 19” to “under 22.” You can sponsor a child who is 22 years of age or older if they meet both of these requirements:
they have depended on their parents for financial support since before the age of 22, and
they are unable to financially support themselves because of a mental or physical condition
I need an interpretation of these laws please. I can sponsor her but I need some legal brains on the forum to explain to me.

Your daughter needs to have a disability that prevents her from working, living on her own, and taking care of herself independently. To qualify under the above category, she must have been continuously dependent on you and generally speaking, also living with you continuously. You will need to provide evidence to prove that she has a disability that prevents her from working and taking care of herself independently. IRCC will also assess this condition through the medical.
Wrist pain is not a disability. You have to show with doctor and hospital reports that she will not be able to ever work and will need care 24/7. So she can work because many jobs don't involve lifting anything.
She is over 22 so you can't sponsor her. How did you get PR and why wasn't she included on your PR application?
