My case is currently I have PGWP and been working for 2 years. I just applied and received my study permit 2 month ago because I want to start my CPA course. It states I cannot work during the study. Now I am in the pool and preparing documents, my IRCC consultant suggest me to withdraw my class because of the conflict of the study permit and PGWP until my immigration been approved. I asked some of my friends in CPA. It seems like they all have both study permit and PGWP when they apply for the express entry and later they all got approved. I am confused because it seems my friend have no problem doing this but my consultant seriously warn me it may occur problem. Please advise!!
You can have PGWP and a study permit at the same time.
The wording on the study permit just means that you cannot work on the strength of the study permit. It does not invalidate the PGWP you otherwise hold.

This is required by CPA program. I just applied it and did not think this too much.. My friends they all apply for a study permit and later on apply for the express entry.
