how can i get a work permit visa for a year in canada please?

First find an employer in Canada who is willing to give you a job offer.

That employer must then apply for a LMO (labour market opinion) to request approval to hire you.

If the LMO is approved, you can then apply for a work permit.

If your work permit is approved, you can then come to Canada to work.

So the first step is finding an employer.
