How can i check supervisa status?

Hi there,

My wife applied for supervisa for her mom. She submitted all papers including our invitation letter on 22nd Dec'19. Unfortunately we forgot to keep UCI number. We only have tracking number. Can anyone inform me please how and where can I check her status using tracking number? We're really worry about her status. Usually people get response within 5/6 weeks but it's almost 2 months. She has insurance and we we're well eligible.

You applied right before the holidays so for 2 weeks the government was basically shut down.

I know that. They didn't have option to submit before.

Just pointing out that you have to consider that when comparing your processing time to others.

Ya I understand that. Do you know how long max time to get final response? Will they inform us if it is rejected?

There is no maximum time but I would think you will get an answer in a February.

No, she is from Bangladesh. I dont think so it is visa exempt country.
