Big problem here..... I'm from Bangladesh. I
have got my CSQ, LMO, Work Permit and
Immigration Clearance earlier. After that my
agent took my passport, all papers and applied
in CIC USA for visa. After few days I've received
my passport with the worker visa. Now how can or where can I clarify this VISA is genuine or not?

I have same problem.but I have not get my passport.I got only my visa scan copy through mail by my consultency farm.so could u please let me know how do i check my visa fake or genuine.
Sorry I wrote I got the passport with VISA. Actually the agency send me the scan copy of the VISA in my passport. Now the agency is asking for full payment (money) and than he will give me my passport. But before providing the money I want to make sure that the VISA is genuine. Could you please tell me how to check this VISA or where to check this VISA?????
You could email the Embassy/CHC and ask them to check the visa number and details?
I assume that from your first question that you have some serious suspicions about this agency?

does not sound like a genuine job so can you post the offer letter here with personal details removed. If they are providing flights, accommodation and maybe food then will probably not be genuine.
Anything to do with immigration goes through IRCC by the way and as such there is no Department of Labor only Ministry of Labour but even then immigration applications are approved by IRCC.
Wrong. If the visa provider gives you a website link there you can check if the visa is genuine or fake - that guarantees it's a scam. A genuine visa letter contains no such link. You must be a scammer yourself if you're giving this kind of advice.
