I got married in mArch and filled my visa in November but my agent showed me unmarried in documents because at that time i didn't have marriage certificate so i registered my marriage during my visa application and got registered before i get my visa. Now agents are saying i cannot bring my husband here in canada. What can i do?
First of all you misrepresented yourself because you were married. Spouses of international students aren't guaranteed a visa or permit. Your representative should send in a correction. You can try for an SOWP for your spouse even if they are not planning on working.
But he wants to work here for us. Now is there any solution for this?
i dont know but i think CIC may think you and spouse are up to some scam..
also dont you have to be PR or citizen to sponsor a spouse?
Yes we have to but we are not finding any solution right now
