If you have 3 yrs of work experience for the NOC you are applying for, then just remove this experience from work history and put it in the personal history. Before doing that check you six selection factors points as well. If you are getting more than 67 points in that, then the experience does not add any value to you.

I have the reference letter from employer , listing my duties, but it only mentions full time and nothing about number of hours worked ? Will that be acceptable

yes, it should work as long as the duties are mentioned.
i'd also suggest you to attach payslips/IT returns etc. just to be more certain (they're not compulsory).

Yes , I can attach those as well, but no. Of hours are not specified anywhere, just full time ... I am thinking if they ll reject

from what i've read across most platforms, they generally don't.
btw, is that your only work exp.? do you have any others with no. of hours specified?

That is from my past employer, however I have got an affidavit from collegue mentioning that our work hours were 40 hours per week. Now our office hours were 9 hours each day , so I am thinking about mentioning in LOE , that our work hours were 40 hours per week , excluding a break of 1 hour. Whats your opinion

yes, i believe that should work. make sure you attach all the docs related to that work exp to make your case stronger.
