Do they only count the 30 hours you do per week. ?
So a Monday - Friday working week where you work 30 hours x 52 weeks of the year?
So if one week i worked 60 hours and one week i worked 24 etc etc
If my hours over a 12 month period still added to the 1560 hours required would that still be okay or would that not count?

No, it won't count. All hours over 30 in a single week are discarded for the work experience calculation. You can NOT average the amount of time you are employed over multiple weeks. You will need to work extra weeks to make up for the shortfall.

No, part-time work also counts but it is pro-rated. You add up the hours of part-time work and divide by 30, that gives you the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) weeks. If you do this, in no case can you count more than 30 hours for a given week.

So a Monday - Friday working week where you work 30 ore more hours x 52 weeks of the year?
Doesn´t have to be Monday-Friday, but to meet the one year requirement within 52 weeks, you need to work 30 or more hours per week, every week (paid vacation counts).

Then you would have one full-time and one part-time week.

Generally no, but if you´re talking about one or two weeks where you were sick and missed a day or two, vs. several weeks where you were working part-time, those are different scenarios. You are also permitted a minimum of 2 weeks of vacation... most people who work on hourly wages have 4% vacation pay added to their paycheck, which is the equivalent of 2 weeks...
