YES IT DOES, BUT AT LEAST PRE JUNE 26 APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO THE RULES THAT WERE IN PLACE AT THE TIME, THUS THE 1000 CAP DOESNT AFFECT SUCH APPLICANTS..........THERE IS DEFINATELY SOMETHING TO BE EXCITED ABOUT.!!

Buddy these sentences were put way back in June 2010, it has no bearing to the way the applications are being processed these days. Yes, obviously rules that were in place that time will be applicable to pre 26 June applicants. So the rules are the same of 2 years old implementation (Nov. 2008), what's new?
Quotas & demands for particular NOC's will determine the way your application will be processed henceforth.
