dont think is wise to resign at this time. Have your family travelled to Canada before? show them the tickets to prove the kids and wife have been there and ready to move. Have you started the school search? Or even contacted any agents for house buying or renting?Bank account would be good evident. job search agent at Canada to show them you have started job search there.

I believe what I need to do is to purchase the direct flight tickets and show to VO. meanwhile, my company is searching the job in Canada office for me. Email conversation between Canada broad of education last year regarding the school search, I guess these can be submit as an evidence to proof we really did something.
The rest is already submit with my application package, joint account statement in Canada, housing property proof in Canada but under my wife's name, pictures to shown we all in Canada two years before.
Is there any stronger evidence advices to prove my intention to move to Canada?

May I know how you submitted those with your application? You submitted those as part of your proof of your relationship or as the evidences to show your intention to be settled in Canada? Also, I agree with the other poster that it is not necessary to resign your job yet. And also, I have a hunch that the VO wasn't convinced by those evidences you submitted, because you didn't actually move back with those things already in place, and how come those things all of sudden to be the evidences to show your intention to be back?
My wife and I have lived in US for over 10 years, and my wife never spent a day in Canada, since 2006. After we decided to move back, what she did was dressed an explanation letter to list a detailed plan, outlined where we would live, how we would support ourselves, and etc., along with the evidences such as emails from her friends in Canada to bless our plan to move back, ask her friend to email her an interview opportunity, provide the inquiry email we got from the moving company, she registered an online school and attached email communications, then, she booked a flight and flew back to Canada with our daughter, when she was in Canada, she opened a bank account, talked to couple schools for my daughter, and asked couple agents to scout some rentals. Then after she went back US, she finished the explanation letter and attached all of the evidences I listed above. And yes, she was approved as S.A..

So, I just give you an example of how we addressed this issue. Hopefully, it will provide you some more ideas.

I submitted those bank account statement, pictures as part of sponsor and proof the relationship. If I understand from you correctly, I should make another similar set of evidences, may need additional emails/letter from friends and parent in order to show my intention to move. Correct?

Yes, that is correct.
And prepare a cover letter to dress the issue, list your detailed plan as bulletins, then attach all the evidences that you can collect.

And the followings is usually be part of your letter "we will move back to Canada for good, as soon as my wife's application is approved."

More or less, it isn't that weird that the OP didn't prepare a separate statement to express his intent to re-settle in Canada, and that actually is a very important separate item on the check list. If my guess is correct, I think they treated my asset proof in Canada as a relationship and sponsor application ONLY, did not use these evidence as my preparation of moving back.
