Hi senior,

I checked on the IRCC website and saw it is clearly mentioned that I don't need to submit the Hong Kong Police certificate and should wait until I receive a letter from them and bring that paper to apply:

But when I see my checklist to upload document from IRCC website: it indicated that Hong Kong Police certificate is required.

How should I manage this ? Or if I should send any email to any office to seek for support?
