How to show ties to my home country in sds study permit.my father and mother both do the separate business

Not your parents business...your properties, investments, loans, job prospects/offer etc. Parent in home country can be a tie especially if you support hem.

I dont have a property on my name nor investments or loans.i recently completed my education so I dont have any job.all investments belong to my parents name

You can provide your parents properties and investments but they prove no tie you your home country. The funds/properties aren't yours. You need to show your job prospects.
