Hi, I m September 2019 applicant with family. I done medical on last September 2022 and passed in October 2022. After that I got second time medical request on 13 th of September 2023. What this means? It’s computer generated or officer sent it? After this any positive update I can get it or not? Please help me. Thanks

I have completed our medical 27/09/22 and passed 3/10/2022. After that, I didn’t receive anything. I got new medical request on 13/09:2023. I have booked new medical appointment this month but not complete yet.
I m very disappointed. Medical is too much expensive around $2500 for 4 members. Can you share ur timeline please.

Did you not get any PCC request or any ADRs after your first medical? This is so absurd. If you are from 2019 applicant you should have already been given a decision. Are you under Category A or B?It has been 4 years? No kidding. Im so sorry to hear this Sifi...

I am August 2020 applicant. Did medical in Nov 2022 and submitted requested documents in Dec 2022. Employer received Letter in May 2023 to provide income information & justification of HCCP requirement and they replied in same month. Now got letter to complete medical again. Thank you.

Yes, I got it.

What is happening to us 2020 applicants is crazy. This is unfair. Remedical because of long overdue processing time. This is soooo absurd! They will give 30 days to comply with their requests and get back reviewing the application after forever. This is just too much.
 
What is the responsibility, duty and leverage Employer have after passport request of the applicant (employee)?

To me, being an employer who sent an offer letter to applicant, seems I have no responsibility, duty or leverage over employee. Its like an open work visa for employee to be child care giver from day one.

Am I correct here?
