Hello friends, please help, when gaining 12 months experience in Canada so it’s continue 12 months from one employer? If changed 3 employer like 4+4+4= 12 months. It is ok? Becoz in experience class and federal skilled categery need 1 year continuous work exp required. Plz reply if anybody know, thanks

You can work to any Employers not just one. Just make sure it’s under the same pathway if you applied for HCCP.

you can change employers without getting a new work permit or a new job offer

You don’t have to have worked 12 months in a row, just 12 months total, in the 36-month time period.

The one you said below is ok.

“ If changed 3 employer like 4+4+4= 12 months.”

Just make sure to request from your Employers Record of Employment (ROE).

April 10 2021 - application submitted
April 14 2021 - application received
May 2021 - temporary AOR
December 2021 - proof of 24 months experience submitted with updated NOA, T4 and passport
April 2022 - AOR and biometrics request
May 2023 - medical request for my dependent
May 2023 - medical passed
June 2023 - occupation restricted open work permit approval
June 2023 - PR approved / PPR for my dependent
July 2023 - eCoPR received
Waiting for my PR card

A record of employment (ROE) provides information on employment history.

ROE is one of the documents required by IRCC if you will apply for PR to show proof that you have already accumulated 12 months of full-time work experience specially since you have worked with multiple employers.

You may ask your previous and current employers to provide you with ROE.

• any Record of Employment(ROE) you were issued
  • Your employer is required to provide an ROE to you if you stop working for them.

should i raise any web form or call ircc
