We are on the same boat. My background check status shows as "not applicable" for almost over a month. Then switched back to " we are processing... etc" Basically, background checking has 3 levels of validation. 1) Criminality 2) Security check and 3) Information sharing.

Once all these 3 have been validated, then hope for the best that you'll get the EL anytime soon. You can determined the status of your background check, either by calling them or requesting for CBSA notes.
Thanks. Pls how can I request for CBSA notes?

Could anyone tell please if a person is completing 12 months in September that is before the year ends , then how it's possible to have T4 and NOA of current year.
In that case , only previous year t4 and noa Could be submitted where experience is not yet of 12 months.
So,the available t4 and noa (of last year 2022) and all the paystubs , schedule 19B we can submit, right??????

This is a thread for 2019 applicants. Are you applying in 2024 and if so, for child care or home support worker?

I'm also 2019 applicant under hccp I'm in gaining experience category. I started experience in September 2022 and in September 2023 I will be submitting work experience of 12 months.
But I don't think I should wait till December 2023 to have T4 of 2023 . I have my T4 of 2022 and NOA of 2022 with paystubs and schedule 19B. I will be submitting this.
