Dec.1 2022 done my medical then dec.20 update that my medical exam were passed.

Hi all , suppose applicant husband overstayed in Cyprus . And now Cyprus authorities cannot issue Pcc but they can give some letter saying that no criminal charges but overstayed . Will that work in ircc?

They might need to check if you did not hide any country in yiur file .

Hi.. Need answer to this question before I apply for HCCP. After gaining 24 months of experience , what if cap of 1100 finishes before we submit our pr application with valid 24 month caregiver experience. Do we have to go back to home country and apply again next year?

If your work permit expires, then yiu can take lmia and extend your work permit

Wait for 7-8 months from medical passed date .

Hello, I have unique situation:

Applicant and Spouse have received PPR request on Jan 15, 2023
But there is no PPR request for Kids 8 and 10 yrs old. Medical of kids was done and they are included in eligibility letter

What should be done next ?

Timeline:
Application sent : August 2019
Medical : Sept 2022
Eligibility letter : Jan 7, 2023
PPR : Jan 15, 20223
