We sent inquiry and received below reply.. Not sure why they are saying will be processed according to date it was received as people who sent after after us received temporary AOR#.. But we cant do anything just sit and wait..

We have received your application and it will be processed according to the date it was received.

Due to COVID-19, IRCC is experiencing processing delays and we can't give accurate processing times for most types of applications. We're still accepting new applications, and we're working at full capacity to process work permit extensions and condition changes.

We're currently prioritizing applications from:

• Asylum claimants, and
• Clients who are eligible to work while we process their application:
  • to change jobs or employers,
  • to restore their employer-specific work permit, or
  • for a work permit as a visitor.

They sent me the first mail that the information I provide on the web form didn't tally with what they have. I sent the second mail they said it was under review. I sent the third mail and they sent the temporary AOR.
I sent my file on the 31 March 2021.

that sounds good, so for 3rd email did you used the WEB form again or replied to their response. I will also send accordingly.
I think we cant reply, we need to use web form again, is this correct??
And looks like we are having same timelines and my sister's docs were also being received by IRCC on April 06.

Yes, i was using the Web Form to reply them.
