My passport has only one month validity before I receive a request for submission of passport. Will it be accepted by IRCC if I submit it with the one month validity? It takes at least 3 months to get a new passport here. Please I need clarifications.

You can submit your passport with only one month validity because IRCC will only give you one month work visa validity as well. Would that be ok with you?
I just don’t understand why you did not renew your passport knowing that this program takes more or less 3 years to process?
And how sure are you that in the next few weeks or months you will receive a passport request?
I am sure that before you receive a Passport Request from IRCC, your 1 month passport validity is already expired and you cannot send it for visa stamping anymore…
What you will receive from IRCC is a letter to renew your passport.

Sep 26 Applicant Received another ADR (Sched A and Police) and Employer was asked to submit NOA/proof of income and explaining why hire caregiver and what arrangements were made, etc... I, the employer, submitted 2 page essay.
Oct 4 -12 submitted all docs.
Oct 17 (today) - received both letter about Eligibility Passed and Pre-arrival service.
Now waiting for the workpermit to be issued and received.
May 29 Medical passed
Sep 26 Applicant Received another ADR (Sched A and Police) and Employer was asked to submit NOA/proof of income and explaining why hire caregiver and what arrangements were made, etc... I, the employer, submitted 2 page essay.

Oct 17 (today) - received both letter about Eligibility Passed and Pre-arrival service.
Now waiting for the workpermit to be issued and received.
Can anybody answer how long usually take from Eligibility Passed Letter to PPR?
How does the OWP being issued? Is it a stamp in the passport? Or a separate document?
I read again and again the EL letter, it doesn't say about the officer requiring to submit the passport though it has stated the the OWP is currently being issued. Just don't know when it's going to be. I'm not trying to be impatient, just want to have a reasonable timeline as we are planning the travels.

Not yet. That's what I want to know is how long does it take to receive the PPR from the EL... what's the average timeline for that step.. Received the EL last Oct 17.

Feb 2021 Applicant (HSW, From India, 3 Dependents)
The officer will likely work on determining the eligibility next. For many, including our case, both applicant and employer receive ADR for the eligibility check. As to when the officer will ask this, who knows. Probably case to case basis. But you can refer to our relevant timeline below.
April 2021 Applicant (with spouse no other dependents)
May 2023 - Applicant received ADR and Medical passed.
Sep 26, 2023 - Applicant received another ADR. Also, Employer received ADR as well.
Oct 4-12, 2023 - Applicant and Employer submitted the requested Docs and info.
Oct 17, 2023 - Applicant received EL and Pre-arrival Services Letter.
PPR - waiting (I'm trying to find out what's the average time for this after EL)
Since your application is earlier than ours, you should be hearing soon, hopefully.
