Why other applicants showing the additional documents are uploaded? mine says they only received it, is it because they did not start reviewing it yet? My background check is not applicable, what does it means?

An #HCCP applicant (Outside - family) of April 15 2021, received Work permit Approval on July 17, 2023.

i sent my application together with husband and kids as my dependents.Husband will be accompanying dependent when approved.children will come later.

Pls someone should help me with an answer, is letter of introduction same as eligibility letter? Cos I’ve not gotten letter of introduction from ircc, I just submitted my passport for stamping though. When I’m I supposed to get the letter of introduction? Thanks
