I know a March 18, 2021 applicant who is still waiting for Medical Request.

Hi all,

Status Medical passed.. Does anyone has idea how long from "Medical Passed" update to next request (maybe PPR)? Please share if you know. I know it's case to case basis but I'd like to know if someone has shared timeline from medical passed to PPR. What's the normal days/weeks/months long. Thank you.

Hi, how long it took to show 'Medical passed' status after your Medicals were done?
Also where you found that status, GCKey account?
Thanks

Yes in your Gckey, it takes 3 to max 10 days
OK thanks, my sister's family did her Medicals on May 15th in New Delhi, and also provided all required documents via Webform.. but no updates on GC Key yet regarding Medicals pass or not? Hope she also hears soon..

Thanks

May 12 Medicals got updated on May 18 for family applicants in India.

So, consider it should not take more than a week or so

I know many single applicants of 2021 who got approved.

Does your sister have children? How did she TRV or study permit for them? With her application or during the processing?

Yes she has 2 kids one is 18 and other is 14 now.. When we applied 2 years back we filled general forms as needed nothing regarding study permit , but I am also thinking about that how that process will work. Waiting for any updates from IRCC and will see what they ask?
How about you?

Hmm so family ones need to see how it goes especially when kids are grown up ..
My sister's kids are aged 18 and 14 now. So waiting on that as well...

I was asked for TR application for kids along with medical letter but as i was confused and i have sent photo, copy of passport and translated birth certificate i only sent TRV form (5257)
As i sent schedule A form without original signature they wanted all ADR in one PDF
now I have two PDF with 35m & 13m size but i can not upload any of them as it doesn't mention any file size for uploading
I'm going crazy now

The primary issue is Embassies, The Work Permit letters and Passport Requests for Work Permits are sent by the Edmonton office, while Study Visa letters are issued by the local Embassy of the country of the applicant.

Because of this, the principal applicant and spouse get work permit letters first and the kids get them later, Sometimes even after a month.

you need to follow up with IRCC continuously
