I am a PR. I filed it for a family friend. But I am curious to know, you submitted the application with 1 year of work experience?

Yes it’s the application for converting close work permit into open one and we can apply it after completing one year of experience

Anyone could help me...i applied lmia based work permit while in canada on visitor visa... and immigration refused visa during interview...and asked to leave canada same time!!! What can i do now???

I think there’s a public policy that visitors in Canada can get a job through a positive lmia. What was the reason it was refused and are you still in Canada?
