I just updated my 24 months experience in last week of April.

Hi every one! any update for HCCP April 2021.any one who get back their application excluded those three applicant who update on Facebook

My sister in law application they didnt do full completeness check, they said its incomplete/missing some documents under section 10 of IRPR thats why they returning it, they said its not refusal. Application submitted by Feb 2021 and got Acknowledgement letter recieved of docs March 2021..Then last January 2022 we got that letter that they are returning the documents.The problem now its almost July we havent received all her documents from IRCC. And we dont knw what should we do we even paid representative to help us with her applications. Any idea guys? And whom have same problem with us?

you can resubmit the application pls read guide 0104 , but I have a doubt how you get the information that they returning your package. Did you add self address envelope for returning?

Hi everyone
Im april 16th 2022 applicant and I stuck in bad situation. My employer wants me to let go with 11 months working as they are moving to calgary but I found a new sponsor in toronto.
Is it okay to change to sponsor after i completed biometric on may 2022.

you can resubmit the application pls read guide 0104 , but I have a doubt how you get the information that they returning your package. Did you add self address envelope for returning?

Hi, thanks for reply. That's what was written in the letter, they are returning the documents and we didnt add envelop for returning coz we had no idea about it that the application will be returned coz of incompleteness. But our lawyer said we 2 weeks ago that we have to send a prepaid envelop so they can send back the documents. They didnt even indicated what was missing documents. Where can i find this 0104 guide? I wonder when we asked the ircc tru web form they said the application is in process which is very confusing
