Thank you so much, I guess I will just go on with the application and submit all the necessary reports to IOM so they can update my file. If I eventually pull through I could switch my campus to Vancouver

Please I need further help, I now that of my school is in Toronto the visa officer would like to know how much I have to pay out of pocket for drugs even tho there might be other ways to get it free in Toronto .
I only have money for 2yr tuition fee and 2 yr living expenses, no extra money for payout of pocket drug in Toronto and my school only offer insurance for tests and prescriptions.
if I change my school to BC before applying for visa so I can have access to free ARV drugs covered by BC Province would the visa officer still ask me to show money for drugs ?

You have to do your own research on pricing. You can look what the premium is on the BC website. You are not going to get full drug coverage and it will need to be approved by your Canadian physcian and the BC government. Even then it is limited coverage.
Here is a link to tenofovir in BC. As you will read it is limited coverage, so you need to find out from the BC government how much will be covered.
Thanks! No, I wasn't asked about my medications. I had my upfront medical last April and was asked to do a sputum test last May and I was cleared with TB after the result came out maybe the second week of July. And then 3rd week of July I got my Medical passed and got my approval after a week.
