Hello, my employer applied for a high wage (dual intend) lmia around march end. Still have not got any response. The payment was made around mid April. It has already been 3 months after paying fees.

Calculate the business days from the time of the application not calender days I am in same situation 3 april it was submitted and has been 75 BDs processing time when I submitted was 80 BDs

Are you counting the processing time from the date of submission or from the day when you paid fees?

I dont quiet know but my employer said all formalities were done on that day so

When did your employer pay for the application?

You should start counting the processing days of your application after the day you pay for it. (An ESDC agent informed my employer last week).
