High school final report card and IELTS

I didn't upload my final high school report card nor did I upload my IELTS. Is that an issue? I did however upload my acceptance letter addressed to the Visa Officer from York University. Do you guys think the VO wants to see my high school and IELTS records? Or is the letter from the university enough?

You can send high school transcripts via webform but IELTS is not required for non-SDS applications.

@jigzyy thanks for the insight. I'll get that done. What's your take on the fact that I didn't send the transcripts in the first place when I submitted my application? Is it hugely detremintal to my chances?

If you are applying for a UG program then yes, high school transcripts are important. Missing mark sheets is one of the key reasons given for refusal

They did send updates yesterday to a lot of students to upload secondary school transcripts. There's a chance that they will ask it from you too. So it's better if you upload it. There's no drawback or negative impact on the file if you upload it before they request it.

Yikes..it wasn't on any checklist or mentioned in any "documents required". I'm going to send this through webform asap. I hope it's not too late.

Nop. That's the requirement of universities/colleges. Not for IRCC. For IRCC, ONLY SDS applications require ANY IELTS results. They may ask to submit a proof for English language ability but it is case-by-case only.

Sorry about refusal. It's a general statement. It could be combination of many things. Order GCMS notes and look at the refusal reason from VO.

It's ok. For gcms notes, it will take a longer time as I don't have enough time. I want to apply again

You can try your luck but without knowing the actual reason of refusal will likely result in refusal again.

Will apply for that also. As already my classes commenced I have time only till 15th of Sep for fall intake
